Your CV goes nowhere without your yes
Not to a client, not to a job board, not to a partner agency. We ask before every single submission, every time, and we tell you the company name first.
Real numbers, up front
On our first call you get the compensation details, the equity if there is any, the notice period expectation and the interview format before you agree to anything. No “competitive salary”.
We will not ghost you
If you are in a process with us you get an update at least weekly, including when the update is that there is no update. If we pass on you, we say why.
You are not on a drip list
We contact you when something genuinely matches what you told us you wanted. If that is twice a year, it is twice a year.
Interview prep that is actually useful
Who you are meeting, what they will dig into, what the last person got wrong. We have debriefed enough of these to know.
We negotiate on your side
Our fee goes up with your salary, so our incentives line up with yours. We will tell you when an offer is below market and push for the difference.

A proper conversation
30 minutes on what you actually want next: the problems, the stack, the team size, the money, and the things you will not compromise on again.

We only bring you real matches
You will hear the company, the team, the comp and the catch. If something is off about the role, we tell you that too.
- 03
Prep, interview, debrief
Format, interviewers, likely focus areas. After each round we get you feedback fast, whichever way it goes.
- 04
Offer and after
We handle the negotiation, help you think through a counter-offer from your current employer, and check in once you have started.
That is usually a good sign.
