What you will own
- Own ingestion from a dozen clinical and billing source systems
- Establish testing, lineage and SLAs for the dbt project
- Partner with analysts to model domains rather than one-off tables
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform instead of console clicks
What they are looking for
- 4+ years in data engineering with strong SQL and Python
- Production dbt experience — not just a tutorial project
- Orchestration with Airflow, Dagster or Prefect
- Bonus: exposure to HIPAA or other regulated-data environments
